The BackSupport has 3 positions, always start with level 1 and do this for as long until you have completed level one and want more, only then go to level 2 now it takes certainly a time for you to enter level 3. It is not necessary to heve all three gain levels under control, many users have to use sufficient effect by regular twice a day using level 1.
