Always put a thin cloth on your skin and than WarmUp AT.

When undoing the snaps, do not pull off, quietly loosen.

WarmUp AT never in the microwave.

How to use reusable heat pack WarmUp :

Reusable heat pack WarmUp AT by bending the red bar once slightly and WarmUp heats within seconds to about 50 ° C.
