Powerball the Original Regular/Basic is perfect for people who want to use the Powerball to train their arm, wrist and hand muscles. The Powerball Basic is designed with a rotor (gyro) of stainless steal quality, which can generate approximately  up to 16 kg training resistance. The Powerball generates its own electricity and therefore does not need batteries. The faster the rotor spins, the heavier the Powerball. It is compact and easy to take to work or school, etc. just few minutes a day exercising muscles and joints brings it in a fine and good condition.
